It’s getting colder day by day which makes our skin dehydrated and drier every minute. We’ve got you covered with these hand, foot and body butters to use in your winter day/night care routine.
Hands & Nails
Bodyshops Almond hand & nail overnight manicure butter is a winter handcare MUST-HAVE it works overnight to keep your hands smooth, wrinkle free and hydrated. It absorbs really quickly so if you’re someone who is into non-sticky non buttery creams, this is the one for you. Body shops butters usually have a very strong scent to it, some that get unbearable but this one doesn’t, its scent is pretty refreshing and mild compared to the other products. Since its a butter in a jar form, it goes a long way so it’s worth the investment.
Hand & Feet
Elmore Glycerine cream is a non greasy Chamomile extract cream which literally makes your hand and feet feel like butter. We can’t emphasize enough on how smooth, soft and hydrated they make your hand and feet feel if you leave it on overnight. We’re aware that when you think of a glycerine cream you imagine a very greasy and sticky texture but this cream is the exact opposite, as the jar claims that it is non greasy, it actually is and it absorbs really quickly aswell. Trust us with this one since this is our third purchase already, which makes us realize that it tends to run out a little quickly.
‘Body butter is a skin moisturizer that typically contains cocoa butter , shea butter , coconut oil or another vegetable-based oil. It’s thicker than lotions and is extra effective at rejuvenating dry skin, whether used all over or only on problem patches, such as elbows and knees’ As defined by Google.
Now this dry and chilly weather calls for something more than lotions for skin. Lotions are water based that can be good for oily skin at times but not in winters. Your skin needs something more luxurious and moisturizing. This body shop Almond Milk and Honey is the best option we have come across.
Claims to 48hrs intense moisture for sensitive and dry skin and it actually does deliver. The good part is the scent, unlikely to other body butters it does not have a fruity smell unlike most of bodyshop’s body butters. It’s a 10/10 for us.
